Jeffrey T. Larson is one of the eminent oil painting artists who made a mark of their own in the art world. He was born in 1962 in Minnesota and spend his childhood in the Twin Cities. He was trained in the famous Atelier Lack studio where he learned old master’s techniques of oil painting. The training program comprised of French techniques as well as other 19th century artistic methods. He completed his four-year art training with museum study in this time period. His art education includes:
- Studied bronze casting and finishing in 1988 Minneapolis, MN – Private Foundries
- 1987 – Museum art study throughout Europe
- 1983 – Studied human anatomy from University of Minnesota
- 1980 – 1984 Completed the four year art program in craft and Old Masters techniques at Atelier Lack, Minneapolis
