Dima Dmitriev is a Russian oil painting artist who was born in Moscow. He studied art from Czech Republic and acquired degree in art and design. His works soon gained popularity in major art shows. He conducted exhibitions all over Europe and established himself as an artist. He defines his method as a mix of texture, light and color. Dima uses knife instead of brush to paint his subjects. Rather than beginning with white, Dima starts his painting with black color. We can say his style is related to impressionism.
