Guan Weixing is a Chinese artist who is a master in watercolor portrait paintings. He was born in Jilin Province in 1940. He started his studies in art from the Luxun Fine Arts Academy. Guan was also trained in oil painting. He has taken watercolor to a new level and is considered as a master artist in China.
Guan has conducted several exhibitions across China and has participated in international exhibitions also.
