  6. The paintings showcased above capture real essence of India and some of the marvellous scenes from famous destinations. Since most of the paintings are painted around landscapes, every painting signifies a distinct aspect of the portrayed landscape in the most genuine way possible. The play of colours is impressive and the details just catch the eye. Thank you for sharing such amazing artwork. I would bear in mind to check out http://www.suchitraarts.com for traditional Indian paintings in the future. Thanks.

  13. I recently bought a small watercolour Ganeshe at the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath. I was told it was painted by “Girija” and also saw another painting by this artist, with different spelling, Goiya? Unfortunately there was a language barrier, because when I googled Girija all I came up with is an actress by that name. I do like his small painting, but would like to know, if possible le, who e artist is?

    Many thanks
